Class 3. RUGGED BEAUTY
An exhibit to include driftwood.
Space allowed: width 76cm, depth 60cm, height optional.
Staged on tabling 72cm from the floor.
Class 4. FANTASIA
An exhibit.
Space allowed: width 76cm, depth 60cm, height 106cm.
Staged on tabling 72cm from the floor.
Class 5. BEWITCH
A petite exhibit
Space allowed: width 25cm, depth 25cm, height 37.5cm.

REGULATIONS
1. Exhibits to be judged in accordance with the NAFAS Competitions
Manual Fourth Edition 2023.
2. All exhibits must be the unaided work of the competitor and must be
assembled in the staging area.
Pre-done work: Many techniques, whether contemporary or
traditional, require a great deal of time to complete. Pre-done work of
this type is acceptable in any class, unless specifically excluded
by the Show Schedule.
3. Any complaint by competitors should be handed to the
Competitions Officer in writing before the end of staging at 11.00am
on Wednesday 27th May 2026. The Judge’s decision is final.
4. All exhibits and competitors’ property will be at the risk of the
competitor and neither Bloom nor the owners or occupiers of the
premises in which the Competitions, or any part of them, are held can
accept any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage sustained by
any competitor.
5. Individual Entries
A. Entries must be on official entry forms and must reach the
Competition’s Officer by Friday 24th April 2026
B. Competitors may not enter more than two classes.
Competitors may not stage more than one entry per class
C. Alternative choices may be made as indicated on the entry form.
D. Competitors will be advised of acceptance of entries as soon as
possible after the closing date. If a class is over-subscribed
entries may be allocated by ballot.
Acceptance of all entries must be returned by Friday 8th May 2026.
Note: Novice
A. An exhibitor who has not won a first prize at a major show.
B. Those holding an AOIFA qualification are ineligible to enter the Novice
Class.
STAGING
6. Competitors must wear their badges or wrist bands at all times.
7. The Competitions Committee will decide the positions of all
exhibits.
8. Only officials, competitors and other authorised persons will be
allowed in the halls during staging times.
9. All measurements in the staging instructions are approximate.
10. All exhibits must be staged within the space provided.
11. Aerosol cans of any description must not be used in the competition
venue.
12. Competitors will be responsible for the maintenance of their ex
hibits for the duration of the show.
13. Staging Wednesday 27TH May 2026, 8.00am - 11.00am
14. Judging Wednesday 27h May 2026 from 12.00pm
15. Dismantling Monday 1st June 2026 - 4.00pm
Competitors must ensure that all rubbish is removed from the
staging area
