Accessing the Green Book:
To ensure compliance with EU GDPR regulations and protect the personal data of our members,
the Online Green Book is password-protected and on two encrypted servers,
one for the form data in the US and one for the database in Ireland
To gain access, Club Chairpersons and Secretaries must:
Register and Agree: Complete and submit the mandatory GDPR Data Use Agreement, this will include an application for access to the Online Green Book. You will be required to create a Unique Number Login Password.
Once the application and agreement are processed, you will receive login credentials to access the database.
Chairperson and Secretary each have to fill out the GDPR Agreement and Create their Password.
Demonstrators, Teachers, Judges and Speakers
You will need to sign a GDPR Publishing Agreement to allow AOIFA to make your data available to the clubs.
Even though the system is not yet live, AOIFA will need your agreements in place before the system opens up, so please check the agreement and give us your consent now. You will find the form below and also on the dedicated Demonstrators,Teachers, Judges and Speakers pages.

AOIFA affiliated Club's Chairperson and Secretaries will need register to gain access to the AOIFA Online Green Book, you will need to agree to the GDPR Data Use Agreement and create a Unique Number Password. Access can only be granted if the GDPR Agreement has been submitted.
Chairperson and Secretary each have to apply and register.
Demonstrators, Teachers, Judges and Speakers:
Please read and consent to the GDPR Publication Agreement before entering your details, for your security all data access is password protected. If you choose to withhold your consent your listing will obviously not be published and/or will be removed if needed. If you are a new Demonstrator, Teacher, Judge or Speaker you can add your details to the Online Green Book now.
If you have acquired a new qualification or your contact details have changed, you will need to fill out a new agreement and enter your new details.
